Return Policy

All products are fulfilled and shipped through Printful, our production partner.
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please double check the sizing chart before ordering, and maybe ask your higher self if you’re between sizes.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise looking like it reincarnated incorrectly, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To start a replacement request, email me at [your email here] within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the problem (Printful requires them)

Once Printful verifies the issue, a replacement will be sent automatically.

Wrong Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure everything is entered correctly, unless of course you enjoy receiving packages in alternate timelines.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact me and we’ll investigate with Printful. If tracking shows no movement, we will replace the order.

Returns for “Changed My Mind”

Because every item is printed just for you, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Color preference
• Style changes
• Sudden existential awakening
